Dr Caesar Donates To Lady Beaten At Midland Savings and Loans
Dr M. Y. Caesar, the producer of Dr Caesar Lena Energy Tea has donated packs of the energy tea and an amount of money of GH¢1,000 to Patience Osafo, the lady assaulted by a police officer at Midland Savings and Loans and her family.
The donation was made on his behalf by Nana Yaa Brefo, a news anchor at Adom TV.
He made the donation after watching the video on social media showing a policeman beating up a woman who carried a baby at the premises of the headquarters of Midland Savings and Loans at Shiashe in Accra.
The woman, Patience Osafo, was said to have refused leaving the banking hall after the company failed to allow her withdraw GHC 250 from her savings account, prompting some staff to allegedly call in the AK-47-wielding policeman to get her out and in the process, assaulted her.
